Seabees Get Potable Water Flowing in Djibouti
CAMP LEMONIER, Dec. 3, 2008 - A crew of four Seabees attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, based out of Naval Base Ventura County, Calif., is currently constructing a second reverse osmosis water purification unit (ROWPU), aboard Camp Lemonier to provide additional potable water to meet the camp's demand.
